Aside from Tales of Symphonia, Raine has appeared in a few other places. First of all, ToS has two adaptions outside of the game, in the form of
manga illustrated by Hitoshi Ichimura and the currently-running OVA produced by the studio ufotable.
Both differ from the game's story in a few ways, but Raine is the same devoted professor in all her incarnations. Additionally, there have been a few novels and
drama CDs released for the game.
Raine also appears in a few games released by Namco. She makes a cameo in Narikiri Dungeon 3 for the GBA alongside
her fellow Tales of characters. The game apparently revolves around cosplay or something, but I don't speak Japanese and it doesn't look like the game will
ever see an English release. But Raine apparently takes the role of a guide or teacher in the game. Surprisingly, the next game Raine makes an appearance in is
actually seeing an English release for the PSP: Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology. The game puts you in
the world of Terresia, where you take part in quests, customize your own character, and enlist help from some select Tales of characters, including Raine.
Finally, Raine and other Tales of characters designed by Kosuke Fujishima appear in Tales of Fandom vol.2, a PS2 game revolving around minigames
and skits. Basically, a game made for the enjoyment of Tales fans. It doesn't look like this game will ever see an English release, although I'd love to see one.
You can view some scenes from the game on Youtube. Raine's most recent appearance has been in Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 2 for the PSP.
It looks like the same premise as RM1, but I don't think an English release is planned. I guess Raine and Arche try to cook a cat at some point. I don't know.
Raine also makes an appearance in ToS' sequel, Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World for the Wii.
